1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using this app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the app.
2. Server-Backed Features and Service Consent
Most app experiences are on-device. We use server storage only for selected community and payout operations that you choose to use. By using these server-backed features, you consent to this processing as necessary to provide the requested service.
What we store on our server:
Wheel of Fortune: operational and request data needed to run the feature, such as wheel status, spin-window usage, reward outcome, transaction ID, amount, request status, timestamps, and (if you submit a payout claim) the payout/contact details you provide for manual processing.
Missionaries requests: request details you submit (for example display name, contact email, destination/story/additional details, requested amount, attestation responses, request status, transaction ID, and timestamps). Missionary requests are handled by the owner/admin and are not listed publicly to all users.
Pool of Miraba: request details you submit (for example display name, optional email, amount text, story, payment details, attestation responses, request status, and timestamps). Pool of Miraba requests are visible to app users in the feature wall.
Jesus, Find Me a Partner: profile and interest/inbox data you submit (for example display name, contact details you choose to provide, about text, photos, profile/interest status, and timestamps). Partner-wall content is visible to users of that feature. Partner profiles are automatically removed after 15 days.
What we do not intentionally keep on our server for normal use: your private confession history and other on-device personal app content that is designed to remain local on your phone, unless you explicitly submit data through a server-backed feature above.
3. Wheel of Fortune and PowerWheel Participation
Wheel of Fortune (PowerWheel) participation is optional. Reward outcomes are promotional and discretionary, are subject to available basket funds, and may change, pause, or end at any time. Cash transfers are handled manually by the owner and are not guaranteed to be immediate.
4. No Professional Advice
App content is for informational and personal reflection purposes only. It is not legal, medical, financial, mental health, or other professional advice.
5. Payment Details, Contact Data, and User Choice
If you win a cash reward and request payout, you may provide payout details (for example: Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, or bank-transfer details required in your country), plus contact information. You choose what to submit. If you are not comfortable sharing details, do not submit them and use the in-app forfeiture option.
6. Purpose Limitation
Any information submitted in app features is used only to service your request (for example, processing a payout, responding to a feature request, or enabling an optional user flow you initiated).
7. No Sale of Personal or Financial Information
We do not sell, rent, trade, or broker your personal or payout information to third parties for advertising or data resale. Data submitted for app features is used for service operations only.
8. Data Minimization and Storage Limits
We use data minimization for server-backed features. We keep service records needed for fraud prevention, accounting, moderation, and service integrity (for example transaction IDs, amount/status fields, and timestamps) and do not use submitted data for ad-targeting resale.
9. Jesus, Find Me a Partner Feature (Adults 18+)
The Jesus, Find Me a Partner feature is optional and intended to promote marriage and family, not hook-up behavior. By using this feature, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that any profile or interest information you submit is your own and submitted voluntarily.
10. Voluntary Sharing and Assumption of Risk
If you submit profile, contact, or other personal information in community features (including partner wall and related inbox/interest flows), you do so at your own discretion and risk. If you are not comfortable sharing information, do not use those features.
11. User Security Responsibility
You are responsible for the payment information you choose to provide and the security of your payment/bank accounts. Do not send passwords, PINs, one-time codes, or sensitive credentials not required for a transfer. Use only payout channels you trust.
12. AI-Generated Output
The app may use AI to process user requests and generate responses. AI output can contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding how to use any output.
13. Limitation of Liability and Release
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. By accepting these Terms and using the app, you assume full responsibility for your use and for any information you choose to submit through the app, and you release the app owner, developer, and related parties from claims arising from app use, payout method choice, delayed manual processing, third-party platform issues, or user-submitted content, except where liability cannot be legally excluded.
This includes claims related to user-posted information, user-to-user communications, relationship outcomes, fraud attempts by third parties, or your own decision to share contact/financial details in optional app features.
14. User Responsibility
You are responsible for your decisions, actions, and outcomes resulting from app usage. Always use independent judgment.
15. Changes to Terms
These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the updated terms.
